Ownership of Content
New Estate Only, Inc. (“NEO”) is a platform designed to connect agents, buyers, and investors with new construction projects across the United States. We aggregate publicly available information, builder feeds, and official media kits to provide a comprehensive database of new communities.
All images, videos, renderings, floor plans, and architectural designs displayed on NEO remain the exclusive property of their respective builders, developers, architects, or copyright holders. NEO does not claim ownership of these materials. They are displayed strictly for informational and marketing purposes to drive interest and generate leads for the respective communities.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
NEO respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on NEO in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a notice of copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent (DMCA@newestateonly.com) with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including the URL where it appears on NEO.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid notice, NEO will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user or developer who posted it.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent (DMCA@newestateonly.com) including the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, NEO may restore the material unless the original copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction.
NEO Content Rights – Developer FAQ
At NEO, our mission is to make new construction communities visible to a global network of agents and investors while respecting the rights of builders and developers. We do not claim ownership of your materials—developers retain full control of their photos, videos, and descriptions at all times. Our role is to serve as a trusted distribution channel that expands your reach and drives interest in your communities.
Q1. Why is my community displayed on NEO if I didn't sign up?
NEO aggregates publicly available marketing materials from builders and developers to showcase new construction communities. Our goal is to increase visibility and connect your communities with a global network of agents and investors—at no cost to you.
Q2. Who owns the photos, videos, and descriptions of my community?
You do. Developers and builders retain full ownership of all their marketing materials. NEO does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
Q3. What if I don't want my content displayed on NEO?
You are always in control. If you'd like us to remove or modify your community's content, simply file a DMCA Takedown Notice (see instructions above), and we will promptly comply.
Q4. How does NEO protect against copyright issues?
NEO complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We have a designated DMCA Agent and a formal takedown process (see above). This ensures that if you believe your copyrighted work is being misused, you can request removal quickly and easily.
Q5. Can I provide NEO with official marketing materials?
Yes—and we encourage it. Providing us with your official media kits ensures your communities are represented accurately and consistently. Over time, we will also introduce a Developer Portal where you can upload and manage your content directly.
Q6. What's the benefit of having my community on NEO if I'm not paying?
It's free promotion with meaningful reach. Your community is made visible to tens of thousands of real estate agents and 35+ real estate associations across the U.S. and overseas—at no cost to you. Our paying developer partners receive enhanced features and deeper analytics, but even non-paying developers benefit from broader reach and visibility that extends well beyond their own marketing channels. In addition, NEO uses advanced AI technology to translate your content into multiple languages, ensuring your communities gain exposure in international markets that would otherwise be difficult and costly to access.
Q7. Does NEO sell my leads to competitors?
No. Leads generated for your community are never sold or redirected to competitors. NEO's role is to expand your reach and visibility—not to interfere with your sales process.
